However, they are allowed to take impressions for and deliver at-home bleaching trays. The Rules read: 64B5-16.006 Remediable Tasks Delegable to a Dental
Hygienist. Be aware that the laws and rules state what we are allowed to do and under what type of supervision. If it is not listed then it is not a procedure we can provide. As a licensed professional we are responsible for knowing our scope of practice.
